VENUE OPEN FOR BUSINESS

Opened in August 2014, The Pavilion situated at Witney Town Bowls Club on The Leys, is an exciting new venue for hire in the centre of Witney. Ideal for private lunches, dinners and similar events, the venue can accommodate up to 80 guests or more, depending on the function and will be of particular interest to local charities/voluntary organisations and recreational groups looking for somewhere large enough to hold a special event or periodic meetings. It is a versatile space that can be tailored to suit a variety of different functions and seating arrangements.

We offer a private bar and a warm and welcoming environment for people of all ages including disability friendly access and facilities. Alternatively, if you simply want to bring a small group of people together for recreation, we can also offer indoor bowls activities and refreshments.

The picture shown was laid out to cater for 85 people and a hot meal.

If you are interested in running an event, we’d love to show you around The Pavilion and invite you to contact us to arrange a viewing and informal opportunity to discuss your requirements, prices and availability.

I just wanted to say a massive massive thank you for today.

It all went without a hitch and everybody said how brilliant the venue was, how yummy the food was (and plentiful) and also how lovely you all were!

It has been so easy from the start and I have really found it a pleasure to deal with you!

George.
